If you are a beginner, we recommend starting your Pilates journey in the following order:Pilates Foundation CourseYou will learn the fundamental principles of movement within the Pilates system and gain an understanding of the biomechanics behind preparatory exercises and selected basic Mat Pilates movements.
Pilates Matwork – Beginner LevelThis course forms the foundation and core of the classical Pilates system. You will study 9 fundamental exercises with detailed technique breakdown and movement explanations, along with the
Wall Standing Series (3 exercises performed against the wall).
Pilates Matwork – Intermediate LevelThis is the main program, recognized worldwide as the “gold standard” of Joseph Pilates’ methodology.
You will learn 11 new Mat exercises and explore advanced modifications of beginner-level exercises.
The course also includes two additional series:
- Wall Standing Series (9 exercises)
- 5 new exercises using the Magic Circle
Upon completion, you will be qualified to teach both group and private sessions for clients with different levels of fitness.
Optional: Magic Circle WorkshopExpand your knowledge with a specialized workshop using the Magic Circle.
Includes 3 blocks of exercises (Mat, standing, and neck work), as well as a masterclass.
Spine Corrector CourseAn intermediate-level program recommended after completing the Intermediate Matwork course.
You will learn 16 exercises using the Spine Corrector apparatus.
