1. Waiver of Liability and Informed Consent
This Waiver, Release, and Hold Harmless Agreement is made by and between the undersigned individual and ART OF PILATES, as of the date signed below.
By signing this document, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• ART OF PILATES shall not be liable for any damages or personal injuries sustained by a guest or member on or around the premises.
• Attendance at ART OF PILATES and use of its facilities and equipment are undertaken at my own risk.
• I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur through the use or intended use of ART OF PILATES facilities and equipment.
• I fully and forever release and discharge ART OF PILATES, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated.
• I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no disability, impairment, illness, or condition that would prevent me from safely engaging in exercise.
• If my health condition changes or if I become pregnant, I will notify ART OF PILATES and provide a physician’s note confirming my ability to continue.
• I take full responsibility for following my physician’s advice and will avoid any exercises I have been instructed not to perform.
• ART OF PILATES is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
• I agree to follow all rules, policies, and regulations established by ART OF PILATES.

2. Studio Rules & Booking Policy

• All sessions must be canceled at least 8 hours in advance online or by telephone.
• Cancellations made after this time will be charged as a Late Cancellation.
• We do not accept cancellations by email.
• A Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee equals the full class or private session fee.
• Clients with recurring bookings are responsible for canceling in time and informing the studio of any schedule changes.
• Clients may not attend any session unless paid in full prior to the class.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• New Client Packages may only be purchased once per individual unless purchasing for someone else.
• Package expiry dates may be extended by one month for AED 150 (T&Cs apply).
• All prices include VAT.

3. Payment Terms

• We accept Visa and MasterCard debit or credit cards; payments are made in AED dirhams.
• We do not accept American Express or cheques.
• We will not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
• Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or make transactions on the website.
• Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and ART OF PILATES policies.
• The user is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Once payment is made, refunds or cancellations of packages are not accepted.

Payment Confirmation:
Purchased memberships or class packages will be confirmed within 24–48 hours via email. Clients may book classes anytime using their account credentials.

Website Ownership:
“PRIME ART OF PILATES GYM & PILATES ACADEMY L.L.C” owns and maintains the website.
The price and currency displayed at checkout will match the price on the Transaction Receipt; the amount charged will appear in the card’s currency.

4. Governing Law

• The United Arab Emirates is the country of domicile.
• Any disputes arising from use of the website, studio, payments, or services shall be governed by UAE law and filed in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
