1. Waiver of Liability and Informed Consent
Participation in classes and use of Art of Pilates facilities is governed by our Waiver of Liability & Informed Consent, which you agree to separately at sign-up. See the full terms at artofpilates.ae/waiver.
2. Studio Rules & Booking Policy
- All sessions must be canceled at least 8 hours in advance online or by telephone.
- Cancellations made after this time will be charged as a Late Cancellation.
- We do not accept cancellations by email.
- A Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee equals the full class or private session fee.
- Clients with recurring bookings are responsible for canceling in time and informing the studio of any schedule changes.
- Clients may not attend any session unless paid in full prior to the class.
- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as set out in Section 3 (Recurring Membership Billing & Cancellation) below.
- New Client Packages may only be purchased once per individual unless purchasing for someone else.
- Package expiry dates may be extended by one month for AED 150 (T&Cs apply).
- All prices include VAT.
- Under the unlimited package, clients are allowed to attend one session per day only, at any one studio of their choice. Multiple visits within the same day are not permitted.
3. Recurring Membership Billing & Cancellation
- Monthly memberships (30-day and 90-day class packages) and the 12-Month Membership are billed automatically via recurring payment to the card on file, each billing cycle, until cancelled (or, for the 12-Month Membership, until the term completes).
- Cooling-off period: you may cancel any membership within 14 calendar days of sign-up for a full refund, with no cancellation fee.
- Monthly memberships: no minimum commitment. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.
- 12-Month Membership: a fixed-term commitment. After the 14-day cooling-off period, early termination is permitted subject to a fee of AED 750, or 15% of the remaining contract value, whichever is lower. Termination requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your next billing date.
- Any class credits already paid for and unused under the 12-Month Membership are credited back to you, less the early termination fee, in line with Section 2 above.
- Refunds (where applicable under the cooling-off period or early termination) are made to the original payment method and processed within 10–45 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
4. Payment Terms
- We accept Visa and MasterCard debit or credit cards; payments are made in AED dirhams.
- We do not accept American Express or cheques.
- We will not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
- Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or make transactions on the website.
- Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and ART OF PILATES policies.
- The user is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Once payment is made, refunds or cancellations of packages are not accepted, except as set out in Section 3 (Recurring Membership Billing & Cancellation) above.
Payment Confirmation: Purchased memberships or class packages will be confirmed within 24–48 hours via email. Clients may book classes anytime using their account credentials.
Website Ownership: "PRIME ART OF PILATES GYM & PILATES ACADEMY L.L.C" owns and maintains the website. The price and currency displayed at checkout will match the price on the Transaction Receipt; the amount charged will appear in the card's currency.
5. Governing Law
- The United Arab Emirates is the country of domicile.
- Any disputes arising from use of the website, studio, payments, or services shall be governed by UAE law and filed in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
